PromptEdge is a digital product operated by Skytrail Advisors LLC, a Texas limited liability company (EIN: 93-3040237). References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Skytrail Advisors LLC operating PromptEdge at www.promptedge.net.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the product:

• Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to newsletter updates. You are never required to provide your email to use the free prompts.
• Payment information — if you purchase Premium Unlock ($29), payment is processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, store, or have access to your credit card number, billing address, or financial account details. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Usage data — the app stores your progress, saved prompts, and unlock status in your browser's local storage only. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

We do not collect your name, location, IP address, or any other personally identifiable information beyond your email (and only if you provide it).

3. How We Use Your Information

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email only to send the automated welcome sequence (3 emails over 5 days) and periodic newsletters with AI tips and product updates. We do not use your email for advertising, share it with third parties for marketing, or sell it.

4. Email Marketing and Unsubscribing

Our newsletter is managed through Beehiiv (beehiiv.com). Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To request immediate removal, email info@promptedge.net and we will remove you within 2 business days.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

PromptEdge does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. The app uses your browser's localStorage — an on-device mechanism — to remember your progress and saved prompts. This does not transmit any data to any server. Clearing your browser data will reset your in-app progress.

6. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. stripe.com/privacy
• Beehiiv — email newsletter (only if you subscribe). beehiiv.com/privacy
• Netlify — website hosting. May log standard server access data per their terms. netlify.com/privacy
• Google Fonts — display fonts loaded from Google CDN, which may log your IP per Google's standard terms.

7. Data Retention

We retain subscriber emails for as long as you remain subscribed. Purchase records are retained as required by applicable tax law (typically 7 years in the US). In-app usage data lives only in your browser and is controlled entirely by you.

8. Your Privacy Rights

To access, correct, or delete your personal data, email info@promptedge.net. We respond within 30 days.

• EU / UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): Rights to portability, erasure, and restriction of processing. You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
• California residents (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. Request disclosure or deletion by contacting us directly.
• Texas residents: You may request access to or deletion of personal data we hold by contacting us below.

9. Children's Privacy

PromptEdge is designed for workplace professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of PromptEdge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
