Terms of Use

Effective Date: April 5, 2026  ·  Last Updated: April 5, 2026

The short version: Use PromptEdge for your own professional work. Don't resell or scrape the prompt library. If something goes wrong with your purchase, email us and we'll make it right. The prompts are professional tools — you're responsible for how you use the output.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PromptEdge at www.promptedge.net ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by Skytrail Advisors LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. What PromptEdge Is

PromptEdge is a digital library of structured AI prompts designed to help workplace professionals get better results from AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. PromptEdge does not provide legal, HR, medical, financial, or compliance advice. The prompts are professional starting-point frameworks — you are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and verifying any AI-generated output before using it in a real workplace context.

3. Free and Premium Access

✓ Our Refund Policy — Simple and Fair

If you purchase Premium Unlock and are not satisfied for any reason, email us at info@promptedge.net within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. We stand behind this product and want you to feel confident purchasing it.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use PromptEdge for your own professional work. You may not:

Personal sharing — forwarding the PromptEdge link to a colleague so they can try it — is encouraged and welcome.

5. Intellectual Property

The PromptEdge prompt library, application design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Skytrail Advisors LLC. Purchase of a Premium Unlock grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the prompts for your own professional work. No ownership of the content is transferred.

When you use a PromptEdge prompt to generate output via a third-party AI tool, the resulting output is yours. We make no ownership claim over AI-generated content you create using our prompts.

6. Disclaimers

PromptEdge provides prompt templates as professional tools. We make no guarantee that any AI output will be legally compliant, factually accurate, or appropriate for your specific situation. You acknowledge that:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skytrail Advisors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PromptEdge or any AI-generated content produced using our prompts. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service at stripe.com/legal. We do not store your payment information. All purchases are in USD. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout based on your location.

9. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or add to the prompt library at any time. Premium Unlock purchasers receive access to future prompt additions at no additional charge. We may also update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
